UNIT NO. 304, BUILDING C, PHASE II OF SEMINOLE ISLE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 137, PAGE 90 THROUGH 121 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 14469. PAGE 877 AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT I TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14580 PAGE 947 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH A NON EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT APPURTENANT FOR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OVER ALL PRIVATE STREETS WITHIN THE COMMON PROPERTY AS SET FORTH IN DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS FOR SEMINOLE ISLE COMMUNITY RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13665 PAGE 2568 OF THE RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, GILBERT GARCIA GROUP, P.A., whose address is 2005 Pan Am Circle, Suite 110, Tampa, Florida 33607, on or before 30 days after date of first publication and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
