NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-006681-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee RALI 2007QS8 was the Plaintiff and CHARLES V. CAHALL, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 1, AIRY ACRES NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 80 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
