Anne Marie Semelfort, Fritz Semelfort, Tenant #1 n/k/a Kevin Morin, Tenant #2 n/k/a Kathy Carlon, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 23rd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
