Unit No. 14804 of Carrollwood Cove at Emerald Greens Condominium, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15828, Page 839, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Page 94, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Monica Shepard, Butler & Hosch, P.A., 3185 South Conway Road, Suite E, Orlando, Florida 32812 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before February 11, 2013, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
