NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 29, 2012, and entered in 10-CA-011682 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and PABLO TRENCH; UNKNOWN TENANTS NKA STEPHEN BAXLEY are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, IN BLOCK 52, OF SULPHUR SPRINGS, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE WEST 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE EAST THEREON.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
