NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 10, 2012, and entered in Case# 11-CA-010083 DIV. N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A CENTEX HOME EQUITY COMPANY, LLC., is the Plaintiff and RAY J. POURCIAUX; EMILIA POURCIAUX; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2, MOUNTCLAIR MEADOW, SECOND UNIT, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 41, AT PAGE(S) 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
