NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 10, 2012 in Civil Case No: 09 CA 007244 CICI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III is the Plaintiff, and, BARRY L. FRIEDMAN; JENNIFER C. FRIEDMAN; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on January 23, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
