NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 19th day of February 2013, at 10am www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 3, Block 3 of RAMONA PARK, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 73 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
