NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 10th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-014837, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-HE2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN R. VANKREVELEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC.; THE KITCHEN AND BATH FACTORY, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 11, OF OSCAWANA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
