NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29 2010 CA 003067, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and GLENDA DE GRACIA; ALL PRO LAWN MAINTENANCE INC; PALMERA POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7912C LANDMARK TERRACE, BUILDING 8, OF PALMERA POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15983, PAGE 711, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16253, PAGE 455, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPUTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
