NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-010515, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER W. MOORE; GRETCHEN L. MOORE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; ING BANK, F.S.B.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 196 FEET OF THE EAST 245.15 FEET OF THE NORTH ½ OF THE NE ¼ OF THE SE ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH. RANGE 20 EAST, LESS THE EAST 30 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
