NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-02417, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and NATHALIA URENA; JOHN DOE N/K/A JOSE TORIDAO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, SOUTH WILMA,ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE SOUTH.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
