LOTS 211 AND 212 OF FERN CLIFF, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1620 E RIVER COVE ST, TAMPA, FL 33604; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on Janaury 28, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
