LOT 1, BLOCK 6, COVINGTON PARK PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 6823 EXETER PARK PL, APOLLO BEACH, FL 33572; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 28, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
