NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 29, 2012, and entered in Case# 12004713CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and STEPHANIE HUGHES; TARPON WOODS TANGLEWOOD PATIO HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; FEDERATED DEPARTMENT STORES, INC. D/B/A BURDINES; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JANUARY 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15-B, TARPON WOODS, TANGLEWOOD PATIO HOMES SECTION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 55 AND 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
