Notice is hereby given that, effective January 1, 2013, FAIRWARNING SOFTWARE, INC., a Florida corporation (Florida Document No. P12000101679), is operating under the names FairWarning, FairWarning Foundation, FairWarning, Inc. and FairWarning Software and intends to register with the Secretary of State of the State of Florida the Fictitious Names of FairWarning, FairWarning Foundation, FairWarning, Inc. and FairWarning Software in compliance with Section 865.09 of the Florida Statutes.
