NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12CC005132XXCOCO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO AT EAST LAKE WOODLANDS ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and MELISSA K. CALDERON, a single woman, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 25, 2013, in an online sale at
www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment,
to wit:
Condominium Unit 39, The Meadows Condominium Unit Two at East Lake Woodlands, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5917, Page 2024 and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
