NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 29, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 08-CA-023975 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WCW3, is the Plaintiff and DONNELL S. SANDERS; YOLANDA V. SANDERS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 108 AND WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 109, SOUTH WILMA, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SOUTH ½ OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE NORTH.
