TRUST 2005-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE7 is the Plaintiff and EFRAIN DELCID; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A SANDRA ROSALES are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
