NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 29, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-008896 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE, BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and MARLIN BRIGGS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARLIN BRIGGS N/K/A MARLIN BRIGGS N/K/A CINDY BRIGGS; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN CHATLIN; TENANT #2 N/K/A LUIS PETERMAN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
