NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-010493 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and EDWIN REYES, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 304 S. OAKWOOD RESIDENTIAL LAND TRUST, DATED THE 19TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2007; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 304 S. OAKWOOD RESIDENTIAL LAND TRUST, DATED THE 19TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2007; VIVIETTE P. ABBENZELLER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIVIETTE P. ABBENZELLER N/K/A BOB ABBENZELLAR N/K/A BOB ABBENZELLAR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
