NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 24, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-014869 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein US BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-B is the Plaintiff and KAMAL PATEL; NEESHA PATEL; CORY LAKE ISLES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERT BAER, and TENANT #2 N/K/A RONDA BAER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
