Roesler and Lawrence J. Roesler a/k/a Lawrence Roesler, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
