HUTTON; GAIL P. HUTTON; HARBOUR PLACE CITY HOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HARBOUR ISLAND COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LAURA LABOISSONNIERE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2310, HARBOUR PLACE CITY HOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANCES THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16306, PAGE 1026, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 298, AND ALSO TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
