NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-010695 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for the certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns Alt-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-4, Plaintiff and Edward Mullally and Diane Radicevich, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6 AND THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK “D”, WIDEVIEW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
