NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-009959 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2007-CH5, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-CH5, Plaintiff and Phyllis J. Gerber and Sandra Simpson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16, LESS THE EAST 5 FEET THEREOF, AND LOT 17, LESS THE WEST 45 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK “H”, OF VIRGINIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
