NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 20, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-032354 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK1, is the Plaintiff and DERRICK RACKARD; TONI RACKARD A/K/A TONI S RACKARD; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 28, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, RUN THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 FOR 731.05 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT -OF -WAY LINE OF U.S. HIGHWAY 301; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID NORTH RIGHT- OF -WAY LINE, FOR 77.32 FEET THENCE NORTH TO A POINT OF THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4; WHICH POINT IS 78.43 FEET EAST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST, ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4, FOR 78.43 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
