Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on January 3, 2013, the Clerk will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and run East 273 feet, Southwesterly 593 feet and North 526 feet to beginning, Section 35, Township 28 South, Range 19 East, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida; LESS road right-of-way and LESS additional road right-of-way for Sligh Avenue.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 a.m., on February 18, 2013, via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
