NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 5, 2012 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-017531 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein HOMEWARD RESIDENTIAL, INC. F/K/A AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC. is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA JACOBS A/K/A PATRICIA E. JACOBS A/K/A PATRICIA EILEEN JACOBS, et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of January, 2013 at 02:00 PM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, in Block 5, of Heatherwood Village Unit 1 Phase 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 53, at Page 57, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
