NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated December 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-027638, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGET TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and ANDY ANDERSON; CONSTANCE R. ANDERSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WILLOW BEND AT LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A.; LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 81, OF LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 1C VILLAGES 3/4/5/6 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILSSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
