NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 18, 2012, in Case No. 09-CA-27248 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Ian E. Fila, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 4th day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 28 OF MIRABAY PHASE 1B-1/2A-1/3B-1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
