NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 24, 2012, and entered in Case# 11009213CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R11, is the Plaintiff and JANICE MORAND; TROY ADAMS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on JANUARY 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35 AND 36, GRAND VIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
