LOTS 23 AND 24, OF PRINCETON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2218 E 21ST AVE, TAMPA, FL 33605; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on January 29, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
