NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2010-CA-014132XXXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 26th day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 3, REMSEN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
