NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on December 17, 2012, in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Steel Capital Steel, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Frances Lanier, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 4, 2013, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
