NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 13th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 07-09940, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and VENANCIO MARTINEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE SERVICES CORPORATION; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VENANCIO MARTINEZ; JANE DOE N/K/A LESLIE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 30th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 17, HERITAGE ISLES PHASE 3A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 80, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
