NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 14th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-022459, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and GLORIA GOMEZ A/K/A GLORIA A. GOMEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, NA.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLORIA GOMEZ A/K/A GLORIA A. GOMEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 1st day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 14, TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
