SEEGER; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; MCNULTY LOFTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LINDSEY COLE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/29/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 1114, MCNULTY LOFTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 140, PAGES 17 THROUGH 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14803, PAGE 1252, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15050, PAGE 1053, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
