NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-019028, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and VALLORIE R CLARKE; BRIDLEWOOD 384 DELAWARE, LLC, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; EQUESTRIAN PARC AT HIGHWOODS PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HIGHWOODS PRESERVE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A KAREN WALKER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 31st day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO.18387, BUILDING 5, OF EQUESTRIAN PARC AT HIGHWOODS PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE ÇONIMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OR. 15574, PAGES 149 THROUGH 308, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
