NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-13289 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and TOBY CHURCH, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 25th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
