The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Department of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida 301 - Fourth Street S.W., Largo, Florida 33770-3536 until 3:00 pm local time, on 8/14/12 for the purpose of selecting a Contractor for supplying all labor, material, and ancillary services required for the scope listed below.

SCOPE OF PROJECT: The licensed General Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to replace the underground hydronic piping with pre-insulated steel piping per plans and specifications.

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: A licensed General Contractor

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: January 25, 2013 @ 10:00 a.m. at Ridgecrest Elementary School 1901 119th Street No. Largo, FL. 33778. Please sign in at the Main Office and you will be escorted or directed to the pre-bid room for the “official” sign in.

The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids.
