NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 10th day of December, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002067-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JOSE NIETO A/K/A JOSE LUIS NIETO, FIRST SELECT CORP, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIE MAE MCCULLY N/K/A CHARLES MCCULLY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARAH MARTIN N/K/A CLIFFORD MARTIN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY SKIPPER N/KA JANET SKIPPER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BOBBY CHARLES SKIPPER N/KA/ MYRTLE MARIE SKIPPER, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BILLY R. SKIPPER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on January 29, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 281, PEACH LAKE MANOR, UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE(S) 138, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
