NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated November 29, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 034256 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 31st day of January, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 106, BUILDING 8 OF DOCKSIDE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, DATED AUGUST 8, 1990 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4208, PAGE 249 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
