NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 20, 2012 and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-011854-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JAMES B NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, IGNACIO TOTORICA, DECEASED; IGNACIO TOTORICA AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF IGNACIO TOTORICA, DECEASED; AIDA MADELINE TOTORICA A/K/A AIDA M. TOTORICA A/K/A AIDA TOTORICA A/K/A AIDA M. TOTORICA DEAREVALO A/K/A AIDA M. UNIT 102, BUILDING A2, PHASE 2, HORIZONS AT STONEBRIDGE PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6685, PAGE 1246, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION
