NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 07, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-012214-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and CHARLES D. OLIVER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE East 175.0 FEET OF THE West 325.0 FEET (LESS THE North 1200 FEET) OF Lot A, REPLAT OF PART OF GREEN OAKS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Q, PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
