NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 17, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-015530-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is the Plaintiff and LILLIAN V FISHER, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LILLIAN V FISHER, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of January, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
