NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-004395-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING. L.P. is Plaintiff and WILBER L. COX, JR.; _ COX JR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILBER L COX JR., IF MARRIED; RAMON ANDINO; _ ANDINO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAMON ANDINO, IF MARRIED; VIRGINIA RYAN; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; RIO PINAR LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 31st day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, RIO PINAR LAKES UNIT III-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 53 AND 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORDIA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
