NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004147 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and WAYNE P. GRUBER; ROBIN L. GRUBER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ORANGE TREE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORANGE TREE MASTER MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORANGE TREE GOLF VILLAS SECTION ONE MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORANGE TREE ESTATE HOMES SECTION ONE MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK E, OF ORANGE TREE COUNTRY CLUB UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 44 TRHOUGH 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
