NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 30 day of January, 2013, at 11:00 AM at the At Collier County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
LOT 520, SATURNIA LAKES - PLAT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, AT PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
