NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1202375CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and CHUN H. WANG A/K/A CHUN HSUEH WANG, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 am at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 31st day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Parcel 22, COCONUT RIVER ESTATES, Unit No. 1, according to the plat filed in Plat Book 3, Page 58 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and more particularly described in Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Description of part of Lot 14 and of part of Lot 15 of Coconut River Unit No. 1 Plat Book 3, Page 58, Collier County, Florida,

Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 35, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida;
thence along the North line of said Section 35, and along the North line of Coconut River Unit No. 1 according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 58, Collier County Public Records, Collier County, Florida, South 89 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds West 1696.26 feet for the Place of Beginning of the parcel herein described;
thence South 0 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds East 120.00 feet;
thence South 89 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds West 90.59 feet;
thence North 0 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West 120.00 feet;
thence along the North line of said Coconut River Unit No. 1, North 89 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds East 90.59 feet to the Place of Beginning; being a part of Lot 14 and a part of Lot 15 of said plat of Coconut River Unit No. 1, Collier County, Florida; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
